Who we are
OTOSHI JUDO
In Judo, "otoshi" (落とし) translates to "drop" or "fall" and is part of several throwing techniques, including Tai Otoshi (body drop) and Tani Otoshi (valley drop), which are classified as Sutemi Waza (sacrifice techniques). Presently, there are two locations in Greater Moncton, Dieppe & Riverview, offering classes for all ages and levels of expertise.

Judo Teaches Self Control In Judo we practise our skills on another human being. This is another factor that makes our sport even more powerful. We learn to work with others, regardless of their race or background. This is the sport that truly brings people together. Even at the top level, we have Judo camps where players from across the world who compete in events will train with each other in the hope that they can become the best that they can be.
